• Mn couture will “only” accept exchange of an item if its still new, unaltered and free from damage.
• Parcel should be sent within 24hrs of receiving it. Exchange will not be possible after 24hrs.
• If the item is no longer available, the client will receive a store voucher equivalent to the item purchased.
• Client must make sure to specify the correct size. A refund will not be issued for incorrect sizes.
• Please note: no cash refunds.
• Please note before purchasing from us. The only form of refund is the store voucher/gift card.
• Please note: MN couture is not liable for delivery/collection costs. Unless the client has unfortunately received a wrong order.
• Client is to forward a message with a reason
as to why they would like an exchange.
• Upon receiving the returned item, a voucher will be issued back within 5 working days.
• Please return the package as you received it.
